Wedding Cinema

We are a team of creatives for whom filmmaking is not a choice. There is an ache in each of us to be filming, photographing, creating and exploring every day. Since you're here we know we have at least one thing in common - great imagery send your heart a-fluttering! We're so glad you're visiting, and we can't wait to meet you!

Wedding Cinematography

You want the best cinematography coverage for your wedding. We think that's awesome. Our wedding films require an incredible amount of planning, thought, and time. We've set out to create anything but cookie-cutter films, and think you deserve nothing less. Wedding Cinematography services begin at $3,200. We'd love to get to know you. Say hello for further information and to schedule a time for us to meet.

We offer cinematography production by the story, not by the hour. Everything that we offer includes complete coverage of your story by 2-3 cinematographers, an edited film, and documentary cuts of the most important moments of your day.

Portraits

We are a full service portrait studio. Instead of a CD of files to rattle around in your desk drawer let us guide you through the photography process start to finish. With services such as in-studio proofing, album design, and in-home installation of your framed prints we wont leave you hanging. Pun completely intended.

Slice of Life

We all know our lives aren’t spent immaculately dressed, perfectly behaved and gazing into a camera lens. We want to capture you and your family as you are. Whether it’s biscuits shared (or hoarded) around the breakfast table, carving pumpkins for Halloween, or a lazy afternoon spent playing board games, the images created during these sessions are filled with character. Genuine candids combined with relaxed portraits make these sessions our absolute favorite.

A half-day of photography coverage starts at $295. Included in the sitting fee is a pre-session consultation, up to four hours of coverage, editing of your images and in-studio proofing.

We Are A Team Of Creatives

Kyle

Photographer

The commander of photons and Little Tree’s lighting guru. The first thing she does when she walks into a room is turn off all the lights. Painting a scene, layer-by-layer with light is her forte. Some women collect shoes. Kyle collects light modifiers. And shoes.

Favorite Book: Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie

Favorite Movie: Atonement

Favorite Gear: Nikon 85mm fl.4 Lens

Steve

Photographer

Laid back, easy-going (except when it comes to bad lighting), and self-diagnosed with Gear Acquisition Syndrome. It’s been noted that he has an unnatural affinity for hard drives, collecting them like baseball cards, lining them up in precise arrangements, and naming each one.

Favorite Book: Lord of the Flies by William Goldine

Favorite Movie: Good Will Hunting

Favorite Gear: Nikon D800

Clay

Editor

Master of all things digital and annihilator of exit signs, he is the final step in the process before your images are delivered. Hidden behind his bank of screens, tablets and keyboards, he puts his Photoshop shortcuts and lightning-fast skills to use in a blur of photo-polishing goodness. The most common phrase heard when a Little Tree photographer is watching over his shoulder: “Whoa, how’d you do that?”

Favorite Book:White Noise by Don DeLillo

Favorite Movie: The Taking of Pelham 123 (1974 Version)

Favorite Gear: Wacom Intuos 4 Pen Tablet & Controller Mate

Bill

Cinematographer

Film school, a Master of English, a soon Master of Landscape Architecture and international traveler extraordinaire are all qualities that combine to make one very talented guy. He can give an informed lecture on almost any subject, but let him get back to filming. You’re going to love the video.

Favorite Book: Franny and Zooey by J.D. Salinger

Favorite Movie: Too many to list. Seriously. He knows about every movie ever made.

Favorite Gear: His Brain

Larissa

Production Manager

Smooth sailing is the aim of her game. Making sure everything runs according to plan is her specialty. Whether she’s taking care of the final touches on your print order or helping us plan our next big shoot, she keeps us in line (not an easy task) and organized.

Favorite Book: A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley

Favorite Movie: El Laberinto del Fauno

Favorite Gear: The Filing Cabinet

Eva

Hospitality

If Eva is around you can expect a cold nose to the back of your knee and a solid tail slap to your shins. She will be sure to make you feel welcome at our studio. Eva takes her job very seriously.

Favorite Book:Clifford the Big Red Dog by Norman Bridwell

Favorite Movie: The Incredible Journey

Favorite Gear: The Couch
